No One’s Idea of Christmas
Every Christmas Eve, for many decades, members of No One have donned their bowler hats and Fair Isle scarves, and headed for the Victoria and Albert Museum. It is there that, by tradition, they perform the No One annual Christmas song. With their mix of optimistic existentialism and cheerful nihilism, the group has touched the lives of many who have heard these songs. In 2020, a live performance was not possible, and for the first time, No One released a video of this year’s song, so that its loyal audience would not have to go without. It is what No One wanted.
